神奇闹钟隐私政策正文
神奇闹钟由 Yuan Shuai 提供。本政策说明神奇闹钟如何处理信息。
核心功能只在设备上运行，不收集或上传个人数据。 神奇闹钟无需账号，不含广告、分析 SDK 或后台服务，也不会在运行时下载内容。
麦克风与语音识别
App 只在当次朗诵挑战中实时检查你念出的内容和音量。麦克风音频、识别结果和音量检测数据不会保存或上传。
运动与健身
只在重度起床挑战中统计从本次挑战开始后的实时步数，达到20步后立即停止计步。App 不读取历史步数，不访问位置或路线信息，也不上传运动数据。
闹钟与本地设置
闹钟时间、重复日、难度、界面语言、台词内容选择和音色保存在你的设备上。App 还会在本地保存最近使用的台词标识和时间，用于减少短期重复。开发者无法远程读取这些数据。
你的控制权
你可以在 iOS“设置”中撤回麦克风、语音识别、闹钟或运动权限。撤回权限可能使相关功能无法使用。删除 App 会删除当前设备上的 App 本地数据；设备备份由你与 Apple 的备份设置管理。
适用人群
神奇闹钟面向大学生和年轻成年人，并非专为儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
支持邮件
当你主动使用外部邮件 App 联系支持时，你的邮箱地址和邮件内容会由你使用的邮件服务商及我们的邮箱服务商传输。我们只会用这些信息回复和处理你的请求。你可以通过同一邮箱请求删除支持邮件；当邮件不再用于处理问题时，我们会从可控制的邮箱中删除，但法律要求保留的内容及邮件服务商自身的备份除外。请勿发送录音、朗诵文本或其他不必要的个人信息。
未来变化
如果未来加入账号、云同步、分析、广告、支付或联网内容服务，我们会在功能启用前更新本政策与 App Store 隐私声明。
Magic Alarm Privacy Policy text
Magic Alarm is provided by Yuan Shuai. This policy explains how Magic Alarm handles information.
Core features run on your device and do not collect or upload personal data. Magic Alarm requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics SDKs, or backend service. It does not download content at runtime.
Microphone and speech recognition
The app processes microphone audio only during the current recitation challenge to check whether the spoken words match the displayed line and meet the required volume. Microphone audio, recognition results, and loudness measurements are not saved or uploaded.
Motion and fitness
A Heavy wake challenge counts only steps taken after the current challenge begins, and step counting stops as soon as 20 steps are reached. The app does not access historical step data, location, or route information, and it does not upload motion data.
Alarms and local settings
Alarm time, repeat days, difficulty, interface language, selected line collection, and voice choice are stored on your device. The app also stores the identifiers and last-used times of recently shown lines to reduce short-term repetition. The developer cannot access this data remotely.
Your controls
You can revoke Microphone, Speech Recognition, Alarm, or Motion & Fitness permissions in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission may disable the related feature. Deleting the app removes its current local data from the device; device backups are managed by you and Apple through your backup settings.
Audience
Magic Alarm is designed for university students and young adults. It is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Support email
When you contact support using an external email app, your email address and message are transmitted by your email provider and ours. We use this information only to respond to and resolve your request. You may request deletion by emailing the same address. We delete correspondence from the mailbox we control when it is no longer needed for support, except where retention is required by law; provider backups may follow the provider’s own retention practices. Please do not include recordings, recitation transcripts, or other unnecessary personal information.
Future changes
If accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, payments, or network-delivered content are added in the future, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before enabling those features.
